Terms and Conditions for Social Media Marketing

1. Thank you for picking Juarvis Business Solutions (JBS) to manage your social media marketing needs. Juarvis Business Solutions is a digital marketing company in Fort Madison, IA that is owned by a sole proprietor, Jesse Juarez. At JBS, I specialize in social media marketing and content creation. I also offer digital marketing campaign management with content creation and utilizing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) paid ads to get your brand, or product, or services noticed by the audience you want. The Terms for Services are the same for all Social Media Marketing; the only change in the terms is the conditions. The changes to conditions are contingent on the package and any add-on services utilized. The purpose of these terms is to protect you, the consumer, and myself.

2. Juarvis Business Solutions offers three primary tiers of social media marketing services with add-ons available. I do not create new social media accounts; I only post to existing accounts on Facebook and Instagram (Meta), X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, Snapchat (business paid ads only), and LinkedIn. The content created and posted will be relevant to information provided by you, the client, and will be outlined in the service agreement.

   1. The Silver Package is $75.00 a week and includes marketing for both Facebook and Instagram (Meta). This package includes 3 unique marketing posts a week each month using either custom made designs with or without your existing content or photos. These posts will be relevant to the content or service you are wishing to promote.

   2. The Gold Package is $160.00 a week, and it includes seven posts a week each month. The services are paid for, ideally five posts to Meta and two posts on one additional platform. The additional social media platform must be from the options listed in paragraph 2, and the account must already be active. The third platform in the Gold Package must stay the same for the entire month. The content created and posted on the non-Meta platform will be like Meta’s content unless specified otherwise by you the client.

   3. The Diamond Package is $300.00 a week, and it includes posting to Meta and two additional platforms, totaling nine posts a week each month the services are paid for. The two additional platforms must be from the options listed in paragraph 2, and the accounts must already be active. The content created and posted on the non-Meta platforms will be like Meta’s content unless specified otherwise by you, the client.

   4. Social Listening and Monitoring Feedback is an additional charge of $100.00 an hour, with a minimum purchase of 10 hours to start. This service is available as an addition to existing plans or as a standalone service. This service is more useful for market research scenarios utilizing social media platforms. The platforms used for monitoring and listening to your target audience are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.

   5. Customer Interactions charge is $50.00 a month, and the service is executed weekly. JBS will interact with your loyal followers by following them back on social media, reacting to their posts, or retweeting. The focus of interactions will also be placed on local business owners in your community who follow your social media sites.

   7. Monthly Ad Budget. JBS will provide the analytics of the services provided monthly with or without paying for boosted posts. It is important that you, the client, understand that social media marketing can be effective without paying for boosts, but providing a monthly budget for Meta ads guarantees a large reach, capable of hitting any demographics, anywhere. A larger budget equals a larger reach, engagement, and ROI.

3. Payments for the services provided will be due on the first day of the month (unless otherwise noted in the service agreement), and payments can be made using Facebook Pay or Venmo. Payments are non-refundable, and services will be continued for the entire month even if you terminate our relationship unless you communicate that it is not what you want in a straight answer. If I begin providing services after the first of the month, services will be pro-rated for the month. The pro-ration will be based on a four-week month, not 4.3 weeks. Services will not begin until payments are made.

4. My services provided are on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel your service relationship with Juarvis Business Solutions at any time without paying a penalty charge, but as it says in paragraph 3, payments are non-refundable.

5. All content that I create and post is public and not subject to intellectual property theft by you, Juarvis Business Solutions, or the public unless it is expressly stated so in the service agreement.

6. The content I create for you might be used on the Juarvis Business Solutions website or social media platforms to expand my own work portfolio. You will be notified if I use this content, and I will create links for future clients to view your platforms or website.

7. Juarvis Business Solutions adheres to the marketing laws governed by the state of Iowa and will not engage in the marketing of illegal activities or organizations.
